"Heart of the Community Charity Golf Challenge"
Our 2009 tournament, planned for September 25, 2009, has been revamped to include partnerships with four other local charities. Each of the four partner nonprofits will benefit from a percentage of the tournament's net proceeds. The following charities have been selected to partner with the Peninsula Community Foundation of Virginia this year:
The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula
Peninsula Crime Line, Inc.
The Peninsula SPCA
The Virginia Living Museum
