2025 Paul Pcsolinski Memorial Scholarship

The Paul Pcsolinski Memorial Scholarship was established by his family to honor Coach Pscolinski's memory. This $500 award is for a student athlete from Menchville High School in Newport News, VA. This teacher/coach nominated scholarship is intended for students pursuing continued education at a two or four year college, university, community college or technical/trade school. As a way of recognizing the tireless efforts in helping their students succeed, teachers and coaches both nominate candidates and participate in the select process.
Description: The criteria for nomination of a candidate student are as follow: 1. Be a graduating student athlete from Menchville High School. 2. Must have an overall unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher. 3. Have the desire to continue education beyond high school into a post-secondary school program (such as a 2 or 4 year college, university, community college, trade school, apprenticeship or vocational certification training program). 4. Must be in need of financial assistance. |
