The Community Endowment Fund is named in honor of Gerald "Jerry" Brink, former CEO and president of Riverside Regional Medical Center, and the first CEO of the Peninsula Community Foundation. Mr. Brink was a resident of Newport News for 50 years and had a passion to help others and serve his community. He made a tremendous impact on our community and played a
vital role in establishing the Foundation. Your gifts to the Gerald Brink Community Impact Fund benefit our most important community projects. These are the most timeless in terms of community impact because they allow the Foundation to address emerging community challenges.
